PROGRAMS WE Support

 The DOD SkillBridge program is an opportunity for service members to gain valuable civilian work experience through specific industry training, apprenticeships, or internships during the last 180 days of service. DOD SkillBridge connects transitioning service members with industry partners in real-world job experiences. 

 Kinetic Concepts hosts a fellowship with USSOCOM Warrior Care Program – Care Coalition (WCP-CC) to help transitioning service members gain hands on work experience and mentorship, learn a new skill or trade, bridge gaps in their resume, possibly obtain certification, and in some cases be hired on within our company.
