Planning Officer, ISR Lead at the Special Forces Support Group, and JTAC positions in units like the USN/NSW JCAS School NAS Fallon, UK NATO Schoolhouse, and 1st Royal Horse Artillery Air Cell. This diverse experience has equipped him with the ability to effectively manage military-scale budgets and lead training programs for JTACs and Joint Fires Observers, with a keen focus on planning air support and joint fires operations in combat scenarios.

As a Project Manager, Neill excels in coordinating all facets of joint force and support operations. His guidance to Task Force Commanders on executing Joint Fires in complex environments and provision of essential training to host nation Special Operations Forces showcase his strong leadership skills. Neill has successfully managed substantial budgets and manpower requirements, ensuring the seamless execution of projects.
