Kinetic Concepts, LLC President and Founder, Al Mendoza, completed 20 years in the United States Marine Corps. As a career Marine Officer, he has over 20 years of DoD and Special Operations experience. As an Infantry Officer, his key billets were as a Platoon Commander, Executive Officer, Company Commander, and Operations Officer. Upon earning his Naval Aviation Wings of Gold, he served as an F/A-18 Pilot, Maintenance Officer, Close Air Support SME, Flight Instructor, and Operations Officer. While serving with Marine Special Operations Command, he served as Joint Terminal Attack Controller Liaison and Close Air Support Instructor to Air Force Special Operations Command. He has four Combat Deployments in both Iraq and Afghanistan working in the DoD Joint Environment. 

Following Retirement in 2019, Al Mendoza started Kinetic Concepts, LLC and has been focused on successful company performance and providing quality training to DoD and Law Enforcement agencies.
